Pb speciation in Arabidopsis and its short-term affection by Dissolved Organic Matter in Scope of μ-XRF and XAS
Pb can pass through biologic chain via plants, threatening humans health.Pb speciation play a key role in Pb toxicity, speciation change is an response of Pb uptake, storage and detoxification mechanisms in plants.So far as we know, no agreements were got in coordination of Pb in plants, no Pb-S was found in plants by now”1”.Dissolved organic matter(DOM) attract attention since it can change Pb speciation and bio-availability: some found it can significantly increase extractable Pb and its mobility which increase bio-availability by changing Pb speciation while others found it reduces Pb biological effectiveness by increasing soil adsorption.DOM as a mediating factor in plant bio-availability remained controversial ”2”.
