Systemic activity of carabrone from Carpesium macrocephalum

摘要：

　　The systemic activity of carabrone was investigated by combined potted trial and HPLC detection.The results indicated that carabrone was effectively to control both the leaf and root diseases by irrigation application, or control the leaf disease by spraying application.Meanwhile, HPLC tracking studies indicated that carabrone could be absorpt by the root of both monocotyledons wheat and dicotyledons cucumber and upward translocate to stem and leaf, but could not be transported from leaf to root.
