The research of the expression regularity of HSL gene in induced differentiation of bovine preadipocyte
1 Introduction Hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) is a key and speed limit enzyme which control the initial launch of triglycerides decomposition in the adipose tissue , and it”s also an important enzyme that regulates animal lipid metabolism.Its activation form is phosphorylated form , and it makes triglyceride hydrolysis to diglyceride which directly works on the fat tissue.Preadipocyte is a kind of alienation precursor cells that has the ability of proliferation and differentiation.However ,we don”t know which one is the origin fo the adipocyte, pluripotent stem cells, embryonic stem cells or other cells.So we firstly cultured the original generation of bovine adipocytes, and induced differentiation into mature adipocyte, and we measuredthe mRNA expression level of HSL gene.This research lay the foundation of the regulatory mechanism of preadipocyte differentiation,and HSL plays a important role in breeding.
