摘要：

Background Nowadays, more and more studies have been proved that Platelets play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Antiplatelets agents are the major players for ACS prevention in clinic.The importance of antiplatelet therapy following percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) or in patients who will undergo PCI is well known.Despite this effective therapy ,platelet reactivity is variable,so many.patients also experience ischemic eventswith regular antiplatelet treatment.
