Analysis and Prospect on the International Trade of China”s Beef Products
Beef trade situation had changed significantly in China since 1995.The import of beef products firstly up then down, and then recovery since 2008, the main import products from other frozen beef offal transformed into frozen boneless beef, import concentrated in the United States,Australia, New Zealand and other countries.The export of beef products firstly up then fluctuate declining, the major export products from frozen boneless beef gradually transformed into frozen boneless beef and fresh or chilled boneless beef, export concentrated in Hong Kong, Russia and some Middle East countries and regions.Beef product remained trade deficit in recent five years.In the future, the import quantity of frozen boneless beef and fresh or chilled boneless beef will little growth,the export quantity of frozen boneless beef to Hong Kong”s will remain at current levels or decrease slightly, the export quantity of fresh boneless beef to Middle East and other countries will little growth,and beef product trade deficit will continue.
