APPROACHES TO QUALITY ASSURANCE IN HIGHER EDUCATIN FROM AN INSTITUTIONAL PERSPECTIVE
This article examines some theoretical approaches , they can enroll in higher education research, on the quality of education.The two common approach es points mentioned below are the concept of ”quality” with its multiple meanings:the process of evaluation, public policy instrument, control mechanism, and so on.A second common point is the institutional approach in terms of the higher educ ation systems of the works mentioned above.The debate is important in terms of understanding the consequences of the use of terms in documents and public polic y has on institutional arrangements and inter-institutional relations established between actors in the higher education system.
