MEANS AND METHODS OF DEVELOPING THE ROMANIAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION
Actually, it is necessary to develop a new generation of entrepreneurs who possess the specific skills tothis job.These skills such as initiative, responsibility, adaptability, spontaneity, wit and insight management, will enable young entrepreneurs to identify and implement new strategies needed to succeed in market penetration and to maintain market.Through entrepreneurship one understands a person”s ability to put his ideas into practice.Modules andentrepreneurship programs offer students those tools requiring creative thinking and ability to solve problems in an efficient manner.Entrepreneurship education can be particularly effective in the initial training because students are closer to employment.Analyzing the gaps between academia and entrepreneurship is primarily aimed at the partnership between academia and entrepreneurship, in order to develop proposals of increasing performance so that universities become the engine for regional development.
