摘要：

　　Objective Optimize the technical study of using cellulase to extract polysaccharides from leaves of Coix lachryrnajobi L..Method Through Single Factor Experiment and orthogonal test, study the influence of pH Value, enzyme dosage, enzymolysis temperature and extraction time on the extraction effect of extracting polysaccharides from leaves of Coix lachryma-jobi L..Result The Optimization of process conditions of extracting polysaccharides from leaves of Coix lachryma-jobi L.∶ pH Value, 5 ; enzyme dosage, 5.0mL; enzymolysis temperature, 50℃; extraction time, 2.5h.on this condition, the average extraction ratio of polysaccharides from leaves of Coix lachryma-jobi L.is 14.45%, and of RSD is 0.18%.Conclusion The way of using cellulase to extract polysaccharides from leaves of Coix lachryma-jobi L.is both time-saving and efficient.
