The Low-stress mechanical properties of plant structured knitted fabric
Plant structure of textiles material was invented by Fan et al in 2007”9”.Since that, an amount of woven and knitted fabrics which simulate the plant structure in textile material were developed to improve the water transport property.It has been proved by previous work ”7” that the moisture management property was improved by weft knitting plant structure.It is needed to evaluate the low-stress mechanical properties measured by means of Kawabata Evaluation System Fabric (KES-F)including the tensile, shearing, bending, compression and surface properties ”10”.
