Introduction:Osteopathy was developed in the USA in the late 19th Century by a surgeon called Andrew Taylor Still.It is a pre-scientific form of therapy that is based on the application of different pre-existing western medical concepts.In its 150 years of history, it has developed considerably and it is now practiced in most Western countries.
