New anti-cancer drug candidate: ”CuⅡ(methyl-substituted-phen)L” complexes

摘要：

In order to seek better anticancer drug, choosing phen and methyl-substituted-phen as predominant ligands, we synthesized two series near hundred complexes ”Cu(phen)L” and ”Cu(methyl-substituted-phen)L” (L are ligands with O or N).Screen revealed that the both series show excellent anticancer activities against cancerlines such as A-549, Be1-7402, HCT-8, MDCK and L-1210 cells in vitro, and H22 and Lewis in vivo.
