Influence factors of consumer satisfaction of purchasing clothing online
Based on the related research on consumer satisfaction of domestic and foreign scholars,study and analyze the factors affecting consumer satisfaction of online shopping clothing from the perspective of product and service,providing the reference for online apparel retailers to improve the consumer satisfaction of online shopping clothing.Focus on 246 college students with experience of online shopping clothing as the empirical object.According to the factor analysis and regression analysis of the survey data,it finds that product”s price/style and quality/size product image including,merchant”s service and logistic company”s service all have significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction of online shopping clothing.Furthermore,the influence of logistic company”s service is greatest among them,followed by merchant”s service,product”s quality/size and price/style.
