Carbon nanotubes bucky paper based electrothermal fabric
This paper studies the feasibility of developing a new flexible electric-heating composed fabric based on CNT BP.The results showed that electric-heating fabric,adopting high connectivity CNT BP as the electric-heating layer,has lightweight,good connectivity,small resistivity,large heating area,high thermal conversion,and can effectively reduce the power consumption,etc.The sample of 1.1Ω/□under the condition of the power of 1.5 w can keep the stable temperature at about 55 to 60℃.By the method described in this paper,different temperature requirements of electric-heating fabric can be developed,with both functional and wearable,promoting the new development of intelligent electric fabric.
