PVA/CS/Ag fiber crosslinked membrane preparation and antimicrobial properties research
The nanofibers membrane prepared by electrospinning method has small fiber diameter,large surface area and high porosity.These are good for bionic human extracellular matrix to promote cell adhesion and proliferation,applicable to the preparation of new medical dressings.If we prepared hydrogel wound dressing by electrospinning nanofiber,we will get high-performance medical dressings both have the nanofibers three dimensional porous microstructure and hydrogels high moisture absorption,it can provide a useful reference for medical dressing.In this study,the PVA/CS/Ag nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning method.In order to maintain the morphology of PVA/CS/Ag fiber membranes in wetenviroment,they were cross-linked with glutaraldehyde steam to meet the medical dressing material structure and performance requirements.1)Preparation of PVA/CS/Ag electrically nanofibers film and its crosslinking,the use of infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)of the nanofiber membrane morphology structure,crosslinking the chemical structure of the fiber membrane,the silver particle morphology and distribution,thermogravimetric nature.2)The different concentration of Ag nano fiber membrane in glutaraldehyde crosslinking process in the steam,discussed the nanometer fiber membrane performance of the hydrogel as a wound dressing,including its mechanical properties,water imbibitions and antibacterial properties,etc.
