Study on thermal conductivity of textile materials with hot wire method

摘要：

　　Measurements of the thermal conductivity of the high-performance fibers and their woven fabrics were performed using the hot wire method.The influence of the relative position between the hot wire and the fiber axial on the experiment results of thermal properties was estimated.Based on this,the heat conduction model of the fabric structure unit using the hot wire method was established,and a thermal conductivity relation between the high-performance fibers and their woven fabrics was also pointed out.The measurement results were compared with the relation calculation,which is beneficial to the guidance to well understand its heat transfer mechanism.Also,the measured thermal conductivities agree with the relation within a deviation of±3%.
