Dispersion of nano zinc oxide and preparation of PAN/ZnO composite nano fiber membranes

　　In order to prepare PAN/ZnO composite nano-fiber membranes,nano Zinc Oxide(ZnO)was dispersed into PAN spinning solution by using the methods of adding dispersing agent,ultrasonic and mechanical stirring,and PAN/ZnO composite nano-fiber membranes were prepared by electrostatic spinning technique.The influences of the addition order of dispersing agent,the kind of the dispersing agent and the concentrations of the dispersing agent on the dispersion of nano Zinc Oxide were studied;the micro-structure of PAN/ZnO composite nano-fiber membranes were observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that when 10%(relative to the nano Zinc Oxide)SDBS was added into the DMAC solution,ultrasonic 20 min,the dispersion of nano Zinc Oxide was the best.
