Application of compound enzyme to delamination process of Banana fiber
Banana fiber,also known as banana stem fiber,is a new kind of natural plant fiber,main component cellulose content of up to 60%-65%,single fiber length 80mm-200mm.3%elongation,the mechanical and physical properties of hemp similar,fiber is coarse,high strength,small elongation,initial modulus.The preparation method of banana fiber are mainly two categories,the first original method is extracted from the leaf sheath,mainly used for rough rope,woven bag,carpets,etc.,such as the Philippines,Malaysia,Uganda and other countries has been widely used.Another banana extraction method is degummed,also can be the use of enzymatic and explosion methods,Japan and India have developed banana fiber,and it into 83.3-48.6tex by 30/70 and cotton blended coarse yarn.The jeans and tennis suit designed has the characteristics of the special luster and moisture absorption and moisture,and further develops the high curtain,towel,sheet,etc.This paper mainly studies the biological enzyme of banana fiber,and first of all,chemical composition of banana fiber,and obtained the best bio enzyme mixture ratio by studying the physicochemical properties of the banana fiber..Source of biological enzyme in plants,animals,microorganisms,and fungi and so on organisms,is within the biology that certain conditions according to the needs of life activities and the synthesis of biological catalyst,can accelerate the rate of chemical reaction and make the reaction in a certain order conversion.The chemical essence of the enzyme is protein,and it is a friendly assistant to the environment.The physicochemical properties of banana fiber were tested,including whiteness,breaking strength,residual gum rate,and so on,and the best bio enzyme was obtained.
