Dry Sliding Wear Behaviour of Mo Coating Sprayed by HVAS
Mo coating was prepared by high velocity arc spraying, the microstructure and dry sliding behaviour of the coating were studied through SEM, XRD and friction and wear testing machine.The results show that the coating compactness are relatively poor,but oxidation degree is low and the combination with substrate is reliable, the wear mechanism is adhesive wear when under different loads, the wear debris volume become lesser with the increasing of load, and the wear volume increases with load added, but the increase scale is on the decline.
