甲状腺结节--超声造影及介入

摘要：

Fine-needle aspiration of the thyroid. 1.the search for a needlein a haystack. 2.FNA is the first line test method, but not the gold standard method in detection the thyroid lesions. Indications for Thyroid FNA. Definite thyroid nodule on palpation or ultrasound. 1.Larger than 1.0-1.5 cm.(ATA criterion). 2.TSH normal or high. 3.If TSH low, do thyroid scan.Do FNA if nodule is not hot.4.SRU criteria: punctate Ca+2 1.0 cm., solid or coarse Ca+2 1.5 cm., complex 2.0 cm., cyst no FNA。
