One Progressive Thyroid Carcinoma Patient benefited from Immunotherapy

  This report presents the case of a 44-year-old man with papillary thyroid carcinoma who benefited from the thyroid carcinoma vaccine.He who had been operated twice for the thyroid carcinoma with his voice hoarseness for the first operation, and then took the levothyroxine to maintain a low TSH (Thyrotropin , or thyroidstimulating hormone)level, had his thyroid carcinoma metastasizing to the lateral neck and upper mediastinum lymph node, causing the left recurrent laryngeal nerve to paralysis and his trachea to be incubated.By using the vaccine made from his own papillary thyroid carcinoma, he had his voice and took off the trachea intubation.
