Reclosure of the ruptured incision after peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) using endoloops and metallic clips

摘要：

　　Since POEM was introduced into a clinic to treat esophageal achalasia, the procedure has been performed in a lot of countries around the globe.There were some procedure related complications after POEM.In this study, we reported a patient with incision rupturing after POEM and reclosure with conventional endoloops and metal clips.
