Research on automatic water injection technology of digital water injection station
At present, the Changqing oilfield water injection mode, ”water source well-water tank-Filters-Filter water tank-water injection pump-valve-single well”, is low automation, labor-intensive, which cannot satisfy the requirement of digital management.To these problems, based on the original process, water from source well electric submersible pump go through this airtight process combining with filter.Moreover the latest research achievement reforms the water source well start-stop in long distance, water treatment equipment, chemical equipment, backwash water injection pump system.Developing water injection station monitoring software via monitorng flow pressure and flow data of each point in order to make automatic adjustment, automatic intelligent diagnosis.This can form a closed loop control from water source well to injection well, which can make further efforts on progressing in management of digital injection system.
