The Application Researches and Practice of GIS on Digital / Intelligent Oil Field
Based on geography and surveying, GIS is one of the most effective tools of spatial data management, visualization, mapping, modeling, analysis, decision support.It is widely used in the oil industry, for example data management, geophysics,geological reservoir, Oil and gas production, pipelines, equipment, transportation,cadastre, HSE, and so on.Along with the development of digital/intelligent oil field,the broad application prospect of GIS in this field is viewed.But there are many GIS manufacturers, each GIS product has its own advantages and products are irreplaceable each other, thus making one oil field has many GIS products.It will not be benefit to space data management, sharing and system integration application.And it has affected digital oil field/intelligent oilfield construction and development.In combination with the new IT technology, industry standards and practice experience,we have set up suitable digital/intelligent oilfield GIS application solution.It can realize spatial data management that based on semantic model and integration application that based on SOA technology.So it will better meet the needs of the digital/intelligent oilfield application.
