　　Induction and short normal log concepts will be compared to SV and SH particle motion vector concepts from a vertical-force source to propose the SV wavefield-velocity / SH wavefield-velocity (VSV/VSH) ratio attribute in identification of fracture sweet spots in densely fractured reservoirs such as in the Pennsylvania Marcellus Formation, USA.
