”The Qinglong Mode”of Ecological Civilization Construction: from the Perspective of Constructive Postmodernism
From the perspective of constructive postmodernism, the Mode of Qinglong of ecological civilization is of great significance for the inprovement of rock desertification in the district of Karst in China.In Qinglong County, Guizhou Province in the southwest of China, the past mode of agriculture production based on the policy of ”taking grain as the key line” has been changed into the production mode of ecological animal husbandry in the district of highly-developed rock desertification, resulting in bluer sky, cleaner water, more water and soil being protected, and more harmonious relation between human beings and the nature.Meanwhile they are devoted to build the harmonious relation between human beings and the nature, society and the country, the harmonious relation between the local government and farmers, mobilize all positive factors, make use of the surplus rural labors(women, elders and children), and make the local people get rid of poverty and become better off.Some enterprisers from Beijing have moved to Qinglong to build slaughterhouses for the sale of sheep and they are the important elements of the local people”s becoming better off.The Qinglong Mode has an important significance of reference for the concerned districts.
