Ecological Poverty Reduction in China”s Rural Area
China is now implementing a new round of poverty development plans, mainly focus on the ecological type of poverty population, poverty development has turned into a new stage of consolidating basic food& cloth achievements, facilitating the poverty shake-off, improving the ecological environment, enhancing the develop ability, narrowing the development gap from a stage of solving the basic food and clothing issue.In a sense, the poverty problem in the eco-frail area is exactly the ecological problem, the occurrence of poverty and poverty degree and eco-environment status has a close relationship (Liu Yanmei, 2005).Therefore, the poverty reduction in eco-frail area has to proceed from improving ecological environment and enhancing the carrying capacity of environment, to coordinate the ecological improvement and poverty reduction, and implement poverty-reduction strategy.
