Theoretical simulations on interaction of copper complexes with DNA

摘要：

　　The interaction of copper compounds with DNA is significant in a variety of biological processes ”1”.A series of six molecular dynamics simulations were performed to investigate the interaction between copper compounds and DNA.The simulation results revealed the binding modes of the studied copper compounds with DNA.
