A Systems Engineering Approach to Problems in Computer Science

　　Computer science is very good at moving bits of information around,and rather poor at having computers understand what those bits of information mean.Using a systems engineering approach,we can look at what elements may be currently missing from systems intended to manipulate knowledge in text.Only snippets are discussed,as the mechanics of knowledge held in text is a very broad field.
