The Implementation Technique of Printing Enterprise Production Order Management
In order to make the printing enterprise production management more convenient and normalized,the enterprise takes its production order management as the key of enterprise production management and even the whole working process.This paper mainly introduces the production order management of printing enterprise production and management,illustrates respectively the definition,including content,state of production order management,orders” dismantling and merging; querying client”s business orders according to different methods,reviewing process for orders,rejecting the orders which don”t conform to the requirements of the process or which information isn”t clear to business department for amending; maintenance and changing of production order and other functions.Through the of the production order management,this technique which will facilitate enterprise”s production cost accounting,improving the management efficiency and work efficiency even also laying the foundations for the management of printing enterprise each department.
