Key Technologies and Implementation of a Service-Oriented Information Sharing Platform for Global Natural Disasters
In recent years,the risk of the global natural disasters is expanding in space and increasing in intensity.It has become urgent priority to scientifically and reasonably construct the sharing platform for global natural disasters.In this paper,a service-oriented information sharing platform for global natural disasters was studied and proposed,and the key technologies of the platform was discussed in detail.After that,a platform based on “ChinaStar” Digital Earth core engine was presented.The platform implements 3D-visualization of spatial information and natural disasters information,and it can provide an effective means for the emergency rescue and damage survey.
