Research and Implementation of Key Techniques for an Interactive Customizable Application Platform Based on a Digital Earth System
Digital Earth has the extraordinary ability to integrate spatial and temporal data with three dimensional,dynamic,can be immersive,intuitive and interactive features and is easy for people to understand.Information displayed using Digital Earth is all-embracing and has a huge amount.The major objective of this paper is to make sure thematic contents can be well organized,interactive designed,visualized and analyzed based on Digital Earth.This paper proposed an interactive customizable application platform based on “China Star” digital earth core engine and the key techniques of the platform was discussed.With the help of interactive designing,this platform allows user to create and manage applications and product customized applications on the basis of digital earth platform”s data and functions.
