Self-Adaptive Triangular Meshing Strategy of Injection Mold Surface Based on STEP
STEP is used as the interface of multisystem information,strategy of controlling mesh size concluding the number of boundary segmentation and mesh size correction in the neighborhood of vertex are used to realizing even-transition of mesh; regional boundary division concluding regional boundary stationing and adjacent domain boundary coordination are used to avoiding the chaos of boundary nodes A meshing system applying the above strategies is used to creating high quality triangular mesh successfully for car bumper injection molding model.
