　　Managers,staffs,enterprise civilization,knowledge management flow,knowledge management technology and content are used as the structure dimension for constructing the maturity model of knowledge management; AHP decision-making analytical method is used for confirming the weighing of each index factor of maturity; the maturity level exceeding method is provided.
