Genome abnormalities in ovarian cancer stem cells

摘要：

　　Objective: Ovarian cancer is the third leading cancer in women and the leading cause of death from gynecological cancer.Epithelial ovarian cancer has been postulated as a stem cell related disease.Ovarian cancer stem cells were firstly isolated and characterized in 2008.It is utmost important in the formation, progressing, relapse of ovarian cancer and leads to failure of treatment.
