Experimental Research of Improving Biomass Ash Slagging by Using Additive
In order to improve the phenomenon of biomass ash agglomeration in the furnace, based on related experimental rig, some experimental research about effect of gasification temperature and two kinds of additive have on different biomass ash agglomeration and the ratio of ash surface slagging are carried out, and economic of the two additive are also studied based on the rig, the experimental results indicate, biomass ash agglomeration and the ratio of ash surface slagging increase as the gasification temperature increasing, and the additive have the advantages of decreasing agglomeration temperature and the ratio of ash surface slagging, at the same time, the additive of main-component being dolomite is confirmed to be more economical additive in the two kinds of additive by experimental research.
