Study on Optimization and Simulation for Diversion Section of Flue Gas Condensation Heat Recycling Device
In order to optimize flue gas condensation heat recycling equipment for the Gas Equipment, two methods for gas flow were designed;it used CFD software Fluent to simulate the flow field and temperature field of the flue gas condensing heat recycling device.Compared with the measured results of the engineering application, it shows that the method designed by Gradual changed section makes the flue gas more uniform distribution on heat exchanger surface, enhances heat transfer, reduces the resistance, and saves material and space.The engineering applications show that this method can reduce and eliminate the noise effectively.The study provides a reference for research and development of flue gas condensing heat recycling device.
