Human Reliability Analysis in Offshore Wind Turbines Installation Engineering
Engineering risk is very popular in offshore wind power industry, especially during the installation procedure of wind turbines. Most accidents are from personnel operational errors. It is necessary to analyze the human reliability during installation. However, few principle or method can be applied directly into the offshore engineering. In this paper, the cognitive reliability and error analysis method (CREAM) is introduced and improved to estimate the human reliability.Seven common performance conditions (CPCs) and four cognitive functions are proposed. The human error probability is calculated on the basis of the influences of CPCs on cognitive functions, where every CPC has different weight to express their relative importance. The resulting probability can be provided for the event tree of probabilistic safety assessment.
