The Technology Innovative Management in Information Asymmetry

摘要：

　　First, we divide the layers of stakeholders and their corresponding agency relationship in technological innovation management.Second, we analyze the adverse effects of information asymmetry in the layers.Finally, we introduce technical innovation audit to solve the problem of asymmetric information in technological innovation management, and design technical innovation audit system which serves for the layers of stakeholders.
