Research on Power Generation Capacity Adjustment-Type Exhaust Gas Turbocharged Power Generation System

Power generation capacity adjustment-type exhaust gas turbocharged power generation system uses the thermal energy and kinetic energy in the internal combustion exhaust gas to propel compressor and generator, to increase the pressure of the internal combustion fresh air supply and change part of the thermal energy and kinetic energy to electric energy during emission process. The increase of the internal combustion intake pressure can enhance its air inflow and air disturbance, to improve fuel mixture quality, which accelerates the combustion of fuel mixture thoroughly, so as to improve the dynamic performance and economy, reduce emission pollution and recycling of internal combustion emission energy. The transmission of extra energy for driving turbocharger into electrical energy can achieve recycling of internal combustion engine emission energy. To obtain excellent various performances of internal combustion engine, intake pressurization intensity should be varied with the running condition of internal-combustion engine.Power generation capacity adjustment-type exhaust gas turbocharged power generation system has changed the mode that the traditional exhaust turbocharger with the by-pass valve and developing electrically controlled variable cross-section spiral exhaust turbocharger release redundant exhaust directly to the outside, uses the generator manufactured with exhaust turbocharger to convert exhausted gas energy to electrical energy and the generator output power, to adjust supercharger turbo intensity and recycle redundant exhaust energy, according to the actual needs of internal combustion engine condition.Aiming at the application characteristics of vehicle internal-combustion engine, the structure and working principle of power generation capacity adjustment-type exhaust gas turbocharged power generation system are introduced, while the control mode and related key technology problems are discussed.
