Preparation of Biodiesel from Cormus Wilsoniana Fruit Oil by Ultrasonic-Assisted Transesterification
Biodiesel was prepared by ultrasonic-assisted transesterification technique using cormus wilsoniana fruit oil as raw materials. The transesterification conditions of the wilsoniana fruit oil were examined by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results show that the optimal molar ratio of methanol to wilsoniana oil is 5:1, ultrasonic frequency is 50 kHz, ultrasonic power is 180 W, mass content of catalyst is 1.0%, the reaction temperature is 60℃, and the reaction time is 80 minutes, respectively.
