Float-Sink Desulfurization of High-Sulfur Coal from Puan County, Guizhou Province, PRC

摘要：

　　Guizhou Province has very big coal reserves, which has middle to high sulfur content.It is of significance to study the feasibility of the desulphurization of high sulfur coal through float-and-sink test.Our washability study results showed that when using the media density below 1.5 g/cm3 to float the coal, the total sulfur can be reduced to 1.53%, with coal recovery of 83.80%, the desulfurization ratio is up to 39.89%.
