Study on the Adsorption/Decolorization Kinetics of Reused Pyroligneous Acid from Effluent of Pyrolyzed Biomass
The decolorization of CMA deicer which was prepared from pyroligneous acid—the effluent of pyrolyzed biomass—was studied by means of spectrophotometry. The kinetic model and influencing factors of decolorization which was carried out in active carbon were studied. Results show that the better decolorization effect was got in a way that pyroligneous acid was first converted to calcium magnesium acetate deicer and then was decolorized. The result shows that the adsorption and decolorization process fit into Langmuir equation, which is C=-0.0172 + (3.60× 10-3)×(C/q) (relative coefficient R2 is 0.9934) with the maximum adsorption value qm=3.60× 10-3 cu/kg and the equilibrium constant b=58.14 m3/cu.The adsorption equilibrium equation, C=1.4863-0.8112t + 0.1902t2-0.0144t3 (relative coefficient R2 is 0.9943), is obtained by linear regression method.
