Coal Green Mining Technology and Its Application in Environmental Management in China
The coal industry is the basis of national economy in China, and it plays a great role for the economy development.But it also makes many environmental problems, and this is so-called ”black hazard”.The main environment problems due to coal mining mainly consist of high discharge of ”three wastes” and strata movement, which result in water pollution, air pollution, land deterioration.In order to protect environment the coal green mining technology is put forward.The basic principles of coal green mining are low discharge,light mining, low disturbance of strata, and high use of waste, regular management of environment.According to the principles, the coal green mining system is build up.It includes water-preservation mining technology, coal mining technology to retard surface subsidence, clean coal mining technology, simultaneous extraction technology of coal and other associated resources, underground coal gasification, land reclamation and ecological restoration.Then the application of coal green mining is presented.At last the prospect of coal green mining is discussed.
