Study on Cassava Starch for Ethanol Production

  Pullulanase and pectinase, cooperating with two enzymes methods, can increase starch degradation rate and reducing sugar content in the fermentation liquor.The fermentation liquor also has a low liquefying temperature when using the screening strain in the lab.It also has different ethanol conversion efficiency when using different ethanol fermentation yeast.
