Research on Key Issues in Development of CDM Projects for Energy Efficient Building
UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme) appealed that CDM(clean development mechanism) projects should be introduced for energy efficient building.This is still no one CDM project for energy efficient building in China.Some key issues of energy efficient building CDM project were discussed in this paper.Methodology applicability, project additionality, baseline determination and calculation of emission reduction were discussed in detail.Such key issues were studied based on an office building which adopted HVAC energy saving method in China.The results of this study will promote the development of CDM project for energy efficient building in China.
