Research on liquor enterprise senior managers” competence quality

摘要：

　　This paper analyze the liquor enterprise senior managers” competence quality characteristics from the basic quality, the liquor-making industry senior managers” general quality and the special quality that ”Chinese liquor golden triangle” need.In addition, based on 44 competence quality, this paper determines the liquor enterprise senior managers” 22 core quality and builds the liquor enterprise senior managers” competence model.These will lay the foundation of training liquor enterprise senior managers.
