On Corporate Environmental Responsibility from the Perspective of System

摘要：

　　Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) is the subsystem of Corporate Social Responsibility and becomes increasingly important to achieve the sustainable development.This article demonstrates the system feature of corporate environmental responsibility by sorting out the elements, structure, function and principles of it.Based on Carroll”s pyramid mode, it shows the systematic picture of CER.When the system feature of corporate environmental responsibility is taken into business action, success will be achieved in potential cost savings, technological innovation,increased public acceptance and better relations with governments.
