Comparative Research on Technology Innovation Ability of High-tech Industry in China
In this paper, using the factor analysis method and the data of 31 provinces in China in 2012, the author carried out the empirical analysis on technology innovation ability of high technology industry.The Research results show that the technology innovation ability of high technology industry in China is imbalance, and the technology innovation ability of high technology industry m the eastern coastal areas was significantly higher than the Midwest areas”.To promote the technology innovation ability of high technology industry in the west regions, the government must not only increase the industry investment in science and technology, but also increase the input of the fixed assets of high technology industry, including instruments and equipment and other hardware facilities, so as to fully promote the technology innovation ability of high technology industry in west regions.
