Analysis and Prevention of a Heavy Coal Roof Accident

　　The frequency of coal roof accidents always stay at a high level and study shows that people”s unsafe behavior is the main cause of the accident.The most basic research of behavior-based safety is to solve the problem through analyzing unsafe acts and habits.While the causes of acts, habits, organizational behavior and culture of one heavy coal roof accident is analyzed based on behavioral safety ”2-4” model and a conclusion is drawn that the wrong organizational behaviors is the leading cause of the accident, the roof accident causation chain is formed.Finally, the accident measure chain is proposed according to the results including training the safe operation habits of employees, improving safety management system and publicizing safety culture construction.
