Identification and Control of Coalminers” Unsafe Behavior Based on Behavior Modification Techniques
The theory of Behavior Modification has been researched and applied since so long ago in well-industrialized countries of Western countries.By crediting the safety behavior and correcting the unsafe behavior, Behavior Modification has had a significant effect on the accident prevention in every aspects of the production.It has encouraged the safety behavior and has avoided the unsafe behavior in the productive process for many years.On basis of the unsafe behavior and Behavior Modification, this article chose the front-line staff in a coalmine in southwest China as research object so as to identify and control their unsafe behaviors.Proved by experiment and practice, Behavior Modification indeed has remarkable influence on reducing the unsafe behavior.
